Important: We are NOT a government body. We do not collect challan payments directly. All payments are made through official government portals only.

• Service charges are non-refundable once service has been rendered

• We are an assistance service and NOT a government agency
• All challan information is sourced from official government portals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information from third-party government portals
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by government portal technical issues
• Challan amounts are determined by government authorities, not by us
• We do not guarantee that all challans can be resolved or paid online

6. Limitation of Liability / Liability Ki Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Challan Kendra shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors or delays in government portal services
• Increased challan amounts due to late payment by the user
• Any legal consequences of traffic violations
